Coconut Burfi


Time:  

30 Minutes

Ingredients:

1)  3 Cups Grated Coconut  
2) 1 & ½ Cup Sugar  
3) 3 tsp ghee
4) ¼ sp Cardamom Powder  

Method:

Scrape the coconut. Use only whiter part of coconut.



In a heated pan add ghee and coconut stir for a minute.

Add sugar and keep   stirring to avoid burning.



Cook over medium heat. 

Add cardamom powder.

The mixture will star thickening in 7-8 minutes.

Spread little ghee on steel plate by using hand.




Put some little ghee on roller.

Put all mixture on plate and spread it by using roller make a thick layer.




Make pieces of it.

Let it cool down then separate the pieces.
