Chakli Bhajani


Time:

20 Minutes

Ingredients:

1) 1 kg Rice
2) 2 Cup poha
3) 250 gram Split Bengal gram
4) 50 gram Black Gram
5) 100 gram Mung Bean
6) 1/2 Cup Coriander
7) 1/4 Cup Cumin Seeds
8) 10-12 Cloves
9) 10-12 Black paper
10)  2 Cinnamon


Method:

Wash rice and drain water.

Let it dry under fan in shade

Clean all dal one by one separately with damp cotton cloth.

Dry roast rice and poha separately and keep aside.

Then dry roast all dals one by one separately on a medium heat, until golden brown.

Then roast Cumin Seeds and Coriander Seeds and all spices until aromatic.

Keep aside for cool down.

Once it cooled grind together all these items into fine powder.

The grinding can be done in a flour mill.

Store this bhajani in an airtight container for 4-5 months.
