Kobi Vatana Bhaji (Cabbage Recipe)

15 Minutes



Ingredients:

1) Cabbage
2) 1 & 1/2 Cup Green peas
3) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
4) 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
5) Curry Leaves
6) Red chilli Powder
7) Turmeric powder
8) 1 tsp Oil
9) Coriander leaves.
10) Salt as per Taste




Method:

In a heated pan add oil, mustard seeds.

Once it crackle add cumin seeds and curry leaves.


Add turmeric powder and red chilli powder and stir it for a minutes.

Add Cabbage and green peas and stir it.




Sprinkle little water and keep a lid on it let it cook for another few minutes on medium low flame.



Add chopped coriander and serve hot with chapati.
