Ghewadyachi Bhaji (Green Beans)


Time:

20 Minutes 

Ingredients:

1) 1/4 kilo Ghewada ( Green Beans)
2) 1 chopped onion 
3) 1 tsp cumin seeds  
4) 1 tsp Mustard seeds 
5) Curry Leaves
6)  2 tsp Malvani Masala  
7) 2 tsp oil 
8) Coriander Leaves
9) Salt as per taste


Method:

Wash and remove end of every bean. Split the beans open.



Chop in pieces. Heat a oil in a pan add Mustard seeds once it crackle add cumin seeds and curry leaves. 



Add chopped onion and stir it until onion turned into golden brown.


 

Once it done add chopped ghevada and saute for few minutes.

Add turmeric powder, salt and Malvani Masala mix well.


Sprinkle little water at a time, lower the heat and cook thoroughly.



Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with chapati.
