Ingredients:

1) 4 cups puffed rice 
2) 1 & 1/2 cup peanuts 

3) Garlic cloves
4) Salt as per taste

Tempering Ingredients:

1) 1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds 
2) 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 
3)  3 tsp red chilly powder  
4) Turmeric powder 
5) 2 pinch of asafoetida 
6) Curry leaves
7) Oil


Method:

Dry roast puffed rice on a medium heat and keep on stirring.

Once it done remove from heat and keep aside in a plate.

In a same pan add oil and fry peanuts until crunchy.



Add to rice puff.

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, chopped garlic cloves and curry leaves.


Now add asafoetida, turmeric powder, red chilly powder and salt.

Add rice puff and peanut and stir continuously.

Mix well with mixing spoon.

Stir it for another 2-3 minutes.




Turn off heat.

Once bhadang is completely cool, transfer it to airtight jar.
