Vatanyachi Crush Bhaji

15 Minutes
Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 2 cups green peas
2) 1 chopped onion 
3) Turmeric Powder
4) 1 tsp red chilli powder 
5) 1 tsp Cumin Seeds
6) 1 tsp mustard seeds
7) 5-6 Curry Leaves
8) Ginger Garlic Paste
9) 2-3 green chillies
10) 4 tsp oil 
11) Coriander Leaves
12) Salt as per taste

Method:

Fry green peas in little oil.

Keep aside for cool.

Once it cool add green chillies, coriander leaves and make a crush of it.

Heat oil in pan add mustard seeds once it crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves, ginger garlic paste, and chopped onion.

Add crush mixture stir it.

Add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and little water and stir it.

Once it done add coriander leaves and serves hot with chapatti.
