Serves for 2.

Ingredients:
1) 2 cups Vermicelli
2) 1 chopped onion
3) Turmeric Powder
4) 1 tsp cumin seeds
5) 1 tsp mustard seeds
6) 7-8 curry leaves
                                             

7) 1 tsp urad dal
8) Pinch of asafoetida
9) 2-3 chopped green chillies 
10) ½ cup grated coconut 
11) 2 tsp oil
12) Coriander leaves
13) Water
14) Salt as per taste 
15) 1 tsp sugar 

Method:
Heat oil and fry vermicelli till it turns out slight brown in colour, keep aside.

In a same pan pour oil add mustard seeds once it crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves, asafoetida, green chillies, and chopped onion, urad dal.

Add vermicelli, salt and sugar stirs it together.

Add ½ cup hot water and stir, till the vermicelli cook.

Once it done add grated coconut.

Garnish with coriander leaves.
