Palak Pokoda

15 Minutes,
Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1)  1 cup Besan flour
2)  1 tbsp rice flour
3) 2 cups chopped spinach leaves 
4) 1 tsp cumin seeds  
5) Turmeric Powder
6)  Salt as per taste
7) 1 chopped onion
8) Coriander Leaves
9) Ginger Garlic past
10) Chopped green chillies
11) ½ tsp red chilli powder
12) 2-3 tbsp water
13) Oil for frying


Method:

In a bowl add chopped spinach, onion and salt mix well and keep aside for 10 minutes. This will make onion little watery.

Add besan, rice flour, turmeric powder, salt,  red chilli powder, chopped green chillies, ginger garlic paste mix nicely and add little water make mixture.

Heat oil for deep frying, drop small pakodas and fry on medium low flame.

Deep fry until golden brown.


Serve hot with green chutney.
