Kanda-Tomyatochi Bhajji

20 Minutes,
Serves for 2.

Ingredients:
1) 1 cup Besan  (Gram Flour)
2) 2  chopped Onion
3) 2  chopped Tomatoes
4) 1 tsp cumin seeds 
5) Turmeric Powder
6) Salt as per taste
7) 4 green chillies
8) Red chilli powder
9) Coriander Leaves
10) Ginger Garlic Paste
11) Oil for frying.

Method
:

Take chopped onion and tomatoes add salt mix it well.

Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add gram flour, turmeric powder, coriander leaves, chopped chillies, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder.

If require add little water.

Mixture should not be very thick nor smooth.

Onion should slightly coated with beasan.

Now add oil to khadai for deep fry. Once the oil is hot add batter in small quantities.

Put the flame to medium so that bhajjis are cooked properly.

Serve hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
