Gathyanchi Bhaji

10 Minutes
Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 2 cups gati
2) Turmeric Powder
3) Ginger Garlic paste
4) 2 onion
5) 1 tomato
6)  Pinch of asafoetida
7) ½ tsp cumin seeds  
8) Red chilly powder
9) Pinch of sugar
10) Coriander leaves
11) Salt as per taste


Method:

Heat oil in a pan.

Add cumin seeds, curry leaves and asafoetida for tempering.

Add chopped onion and stir it. Add ginger garlic paste.

Add chopped tomato let it cook.

Add red chilli powder and sugar stir it and add gati and cook for another 5 minutes on medium low heat.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot with roti.
