Tikhat Pohe

Ingredients:

1) 2 cup nylon thin poha  
2) Oil
3)1/2 tsp cumin seeds  
4½ tsp mustard seeds 
5) Curry leaves
6) Dry coriander 
7)1 cup shev
8) Peanuts
91 tsp sugar powder 
10) ½ tsp garam masala powder
11) ½ tsp red chili powder
12) Salt as per taste 


Method:

Deep Fry poha in heated oil.

For tempering add oil, mustard seeds once it crackle add cumin seeds, curry leaves, and peanuts.

Add garam masala powder, red chilli powder and stir it wel.

Add poha, salt and sugar. Toss them all together.

Serve with dry coriander and shev.
