Mango Murabba

Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1)1kg raw mangoes
2)1 kg sugar 
3)10-12 cardamom’s powder
4)5-6 Clove
5)3-4tsp salt
6) Turmeric powder
7)3 tsp red chili powder

Method:

Wash and remove skin of raw mangoes with help of peeler and grate it using grater.

Add salt stir it and keep aside for 5-6 hours.

In a still vessel add grated mango along with the salted water.

Add turmeric powder, and sugar and mix wel.

Cover this vessel with muslin cloth.

Put this vessel in sunlight and heat from sun will melt the sugar gradually.

This process might be take up 6-7 days.

In between this days after 2-3 days stir it.

On 6th  day add cardamom powder, cloves, red chili powder and again stir it.

Put one more day in sunlight.

Bottle in a glass jar and refrigerated for 6 -7 months.
