Kalakand

Ingredients: 

1)1 litter milk
2)1/2 tsp lemon juice  
3)150 gram khova
4)150 gram sugar approximately or if you required more you can add
5) Cardamom powder
6) Almond and pista slices 



Method:

Heat milk in a pan. Once milk is hot add lemon juice and stir it well and Keep aside.

Water and milk solid will separate. In a muslin cloth add this paneer and remove all water from it.

Wash paneer so that remove taste and smell of lemon juice. Remove out all water.  Keep aside in a pan.

Mix khova and sugar together in a non-stick pan on a medium low flame.  Keep stirring.

Once sugar malt add paneer and stir it wel.

Add cardamom powder.

Mixture will thicken and  form a lump. Take a plate add little ghee, add mixture and spread it. Make one thick layer.

Spread almond and pista slices. Keep it for cool down.

Cut into pieces.
