Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 2 Cups Bhajani flour
2) 1 chopped onion
3) 2 tsp red chilli powder
4) 1 tsp cumin Seeds
5) Turmeric powder
6) Salt as per taste
7) Coriander Leaves  
8) Oil to fry

Method:

Take bhajani flour, chopped onion, red chilli powder, cumin seeds, coriander leaves, salt and turmeric powder and 1 tsp oil.


Start kneading the mixture into a stiff dough by adding little warm water at a time.

Keep aside for 10-15 minutes.



Make small balls from dough.

Take a plastic sheet on rolling board. Apply a little oil on sheet.


Place a small ball of dough on sheet and using your palm start flattering the dough into a small circle.




Once done make small hole in the centre using figure.

Heat tawa add little oil, place thalipeeth on tawa.




Drizzle more oil on tawa, cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.

Serve hot with pickle,tomato ketchup or curd.




Bhajani Flour Ingredients:

1) 2 cups Rice
2) ½ Cup wheat
3) ½ Cup chana dal
4) ½ cups urad dal
5) ½ cup jawari
6) ½ cup bajari
7) ½ cup moong dal
8) ½ tsp Methi Dana
9) 2-3 red chillies

Dry roast all ingredients separately on low medium heat for 8-10 minutes, let them cook.

Combined and grand together.
