Besan Laddu

Ingredients:

1) 200 gram besan(coarsely ground)
2) 200 sugar   
3) 120 gram ghee   
4) 1/2tsp cardamom powder

Method:

Melt the ghee in pan, add besan and cook over a low flame  stirring continuously till it is golden brown in colour.

Add cardamom powder and mix well.

Remove from the fire and pour onto a plat. Keep aside for  cool down.

Add sugar and stir it wel.

Divide and make a laddus.


 

Tips: 

Do not use normal besan to make this laddus.

Roast the chana dal in heated pan.

If is in less quantity you can also grand it at home on mixer.

Chana dal should be coarsely ground. It will not stick in mouth while eating.
