Serves for 2.

Ingradients:

1) Wheat Flour 2 cups
2) Coriander Leaves 2 Cups
3)3 Green chili
4)4-5 spoon Lemon Juice
5)1 tsp sugar
6) Salt as per taste 
7)1 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
8)1 tsp cumin seeds
9)2 tsp oil  
10) Oil for frying


Method:
Mix wheat flour, salt, carom seeds, cumin seeds and 2tsp of oil.

Make a paste of Coriander Leaves, green chili, lemon juice, sugar.

Add in wheat flour add water and make nice dough.

Cover with a moist cloth and keep aside for 5-10 minutes.

Divide the dough into lemon sized portions.

Roll into small round shaped puri’s.

Deep fry the puri’s in the hot oil until they are golden brown.


Serve it hot.
