Chanyachi Usal



Preparation Time:  

15 Minutes
Serve for 2

Ingredients:

1)1 cup of Chana (Chickpeas)
2)4tsp oil 
3) Turmeric Powder
4) Malvani masala 2 spoon
5)1 onion
6)1cup of grated Coconut 
7)4-5 Curry Leaves 
8) Coriander Leaves
9)1 Tomato
10) Salt as per taste 

Method:

Soak chana for 6-7 hours.  Cook the soaked Chana in pressure cooker until soft. 
Take a pan add oil wait until hot. Add curry leaves, onion stir for few seconds. Once the onion get brown add   chana, turmeric powder and Malvani  masala.
Add little water, salt cover and cook for few minutes.
Take a pan add little oil until hot add onion and coconut until golden brown. Keep aside make a paste of it.
Add paste and tomato into chana. Cover and cook for few minutes.
Once it is done sprinkle some coriander leaves.
