Batatyachi Kaap

Serves for 2.

Ingredients:

1) 2 Potatoes
2) Turmeric Powder
3) Salt as per taste
4) Red Chili Powder 1tsp
5) Rice flour
6) oil

Method:

Cut the potatoes into round of little thickness. Wash add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder.



Wash add turmeric powder, salt, red chili powder.


Keep aside.

Spread rice flour on a plate.

Take each piece of the potato and roll it on the flour.

Slide the potato slices into the hot oil in a frying pan.


Repeat the process for the remaining.

Cover with lid .

After about 2 minutes  remove the lid and flip all the slices so that they cook  on the other side.

When they are cooked, remove them on a paper. 

Serve as a side dish with rice or chapati.
